We at Suburb Service are doing everything possible to continue service for your Subaru. We realize you need your vehicle ready to roll at any time, and we're here for you.
We have decided to implement several changes to accommodate your service needs. Here's the latest…
Based on the suggestions and recommendations of the CDC and Washington State for COVID-19, keeping a 6 foot social distance, we are limiting our lobby to 1 customer at a time to help contain the spread of the virus.
Appointments ONLY. NO walk ins.
ALL CUSTOMERS MUST WEAR A MASK WHILE IN THE BUILDING. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION TO THE POLICY NO MASK NO SERVICE.
WE HAVE APPLE PAY AND GOOGLE PAY ALSO.
OIL SERVICE CHANGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
We will be doing oil changes starting at 7am – 3pm Monday thru Friday. We are asking you to do one of the following for scheduling your oil change appointment:

These appointments will be in 30 minute intervals. We will get you in and out as quickly as possible. Our last oil change appointment will be at 3 pm daily.
We ask if you arrive early for your appointment to please wait in your car until we come out and get you. When you arrive at Suburb Service please text us at (206) 429-5673, to let us know you have arrived.
When you text us please include your name and current mileage, this will help us speed up the process.
Once your car is ready to be taken into the shop, you can come into the office while the service is performed. We estimate each oil change will take a maximum of 30-40 minutes max.
We are continually wiping down all public surfaces after each customer exits the office. Our technicians are using a new pair of disposable gloves and disposable floor mats to move your Subaru into and out of the shop area. They will wipe down the door handles, steering wheel, gear lever, keys and fobs to insure your car is as safe as possible for you and your family.
