If you own a Subaru you need not look further than Suburb Service. I take my 2005 Legacy GT there for regular maintenance and won't take it anyplace else. The dealerships are over priced. If you're looking for real people, real customer service and quality work, this is the place to go. You can tell when you walk in the door not only do the mechnics know what they're doing but so do the people behind the counter. Reassuring when your about to drop a large chunk of change. Moreover, if you have a problem they'll go above and beyond to resolve it. When I think about what I value as a consumer I wish more places were like Suburb Service.

Suburb Service is the best shop I've ever taken my car to. The prices are competitive, and the people are friendly without being overbearing. It is a low pressure shop. They will tell you if something on your car needs addressing, and give you a price estimate, but that's it. It's up to you to decide if you'll follow through with the work. I will never take my car anywhere else.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and more importantly, they were able to explain the issue to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Suburb Service to anyone I know.

It is rare that I have found auto service that I can trust, but I feel like the gang at Suburb Service have my back. I completely trust their advice, and their work is always flawless. I can't imagine taking my Subaru anywhere else.

Candy and Debbie are friendly, informative, and straightforward: I so appreciate these qualities in these accomplished women. My headlight bulb was replaced very quickly and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Of course I recommend them to anyone who asks me about getting their Subaru serviced!

I had a efficient quick lube and oil change.... I appreciate the honest evaluation of my Suburoo..I expected to have a part repaired...which evidently was OK...Whew!!! Good conversation...and congrats to you for collecting food for the local foodbank ( A thoughtful donation for the receivers, who obviuosly need it and the givers who enjoy sharing).
