Candy and Debbie are friendly, informative, and straightforward: I so appreciate these qualities in these accomplished women. My headlight bulb was replaced very quickly and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Of course I recommend them to anyone who asks me about getting their Subaru serviced!

I had a efficient quick lube and oil change.... I appreciate the honest evaluation of my Suburoo..I expected to have a part repaired...which evidently was OK...Whew!!! Good conversation...and congrats to you for collecting food for the local foodbank ( A thoughtful donation for the receivers, who obviuosly need it and the givers who enjoy sharing).

The staff was courteous, witty, knowledgeable, diligent, thorough, professional, helpful, accommodating, timely and, might I say, easy on the eyes.

The staff at Suburb are the best - they get you in and out of there very fast and are always very clear with what things cost. I also appreciate that they point out certain items that may need to be done down the road but are OK to leave for now - I appreciate getting this heads-up about future repairs.

They really did a great job in repairing my braking system. I was on the road when I noticed that my brakes are not functioning well so I call Suburb Service and advised me to stay to where I am. They towed my car to their shop and take an immediate action for the problem. I need to wait for a while, but it's totally cool! They saved me! Phew..

I've been using suburb service for at least 3 years after the dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Their work has been thorough and the car has run great every time after picking it up. Sometimes their quotes may seem high until you realize they are giving you the fully job done right the first time. Some shops may skimp on certain parts or omit replacing ones but Suburb does the full job the first time so you don't have to go back.
