Where do I start? Okay with the welcoming desk: Thoughtful, knowledgeable thorough and kind. The "boss" is beyond description; finally here is a person in charge who actually knows the product, the product needs and how to proceed. Encouraging your input, of course, she will follow through as needed. While I've never been in the "back room", the result of their work on numerous occasions has been impressive. Finally, the prices are fair and the explanation of the services rendered most understandable to me, the customer. Suburb Service might not be the easiest place to find, if you are not familiar with Lake City Way. But as a directionally impaired person, I just Googled Suburb Service and was there within a short period of time.

Seriously - if you have a Subaru, get to know these awesome people. Or, but one just so you can have them service it!!!

Outstanding service! I drove my forester XT on a 2500 mile road trip and had an alignment issue at the end. Suburb got me in right away and sorted within a matter of hours. The staff very friendly and knowledgable! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone with a Subaru.

We've been happy customers for 15 years. I'm thrilled to support a family-owned small business with great ethics. Maintenance on these buggies isn't cheap, but replacing timing belts and water pumps as scheduled is imperative (ask me how I know? skipped it and got to replace my engine instead on a previous car). No car payment and a 16yo Outback with 200k plus miles that runs like new? Awesome!

Candy & her staff have taken excellent care of my Subies for years. My '94 wagon is getting harder and harder to find parts for, but they always find a way. If there's a less expensive repair option, they offer that too, explain the pros and cons and let me decide. The service loaners are a big plus so my whole day doesn't get derailed.

18 or so years and 3 Subarus later, and I'm still as loyal to them as I am the Subaru brand. I've lived all over Seattle and still make a point to always come here. Trust is a precious commodity when choosing a business to service your car, and they've earned mine repeatedly...and that's coming from a natural born PNW'er skeptic of all things! So it's high praise indeed! :-)

They are using my wifes name to like them without asking her and she never has been there. We live in tacoma. Reporting them to facebook for fraud

Expensive, but they are honest and thorough. They will walk you through all the problems and resolutions and will show you what's going on with your Subie, if you ask them. They have a great free loaner car policy, with no milage limits.

I was easily able to get an important within the three choices that I submitted online. A loaner car was provided for me and was ready to go and running out front before I finished the paperwork. All the work that I requested was done and additional issues were discussed by phone including what was a priority and what things could wait.
