New customer. My Subie runs *noticably* better after their 60K service. Friendly and good. Definitely recommend.

I'm glad they're part of the CARFAX network. It means anybody who wants to buy my car someday will have independent verification of the service my car has received. It's obvious these people know Subaru's - they've been able to correct errors my prior shop made. I never see any make other than Subaru - I think it's true Subaru is only make the work on. Also, these people have been imaginative in certain unique circumstances in finding inexpensive ways to keep me rolling.

The people at Suburb Service are helpful, straightforward & trustworthy. I appreciated them fitting my car in DAYS before the dealer could even assess the situation. And they also worked well with my Insurance people! The Loaner car service is especially important & appreciated.

I have tried other Subaru repair shops. Suburb Service is always lower in price, helpful in combining work in packages and their work is first-rate. The loaners are a huge plus.

Candy, Debbie and everyone at Suburb are GREAT. We actually buy subaru's so that we can keep coming to Suburb. We trust them, and they have always done a great job on our cars. They're fast, and efficient, and you know you can trust the work.

Where do I start? Okay with the welcoming desk: Thoughtful, knowledgeable thorough and kind. The "boss" is beyond description; finally here is a person in charge who actually knows the product, the product needs and how to proceed. Encouraging your input, of course, she will follow through as needed. While I've never been in the "back room", the result of their work on numerous occasions has been impressive. Finally, the prices are fair and the explanation of the services rendered most understandable to me, the customer. Suburb Service might not be the easiest place to find, if you are not familiar with Lake City Way. But as a directionally impaired person, I just Googled Suburb Service and was there within a short period of time.

Seriously - if you have a Subaru, get to know these awesome people. Or, but one just so you can have them service it!!!
