Excellent service as always! In addition to a standard oil change service, they were able to replace my fan/alternator belt while I waited (about 15 mins). And they even fixed a squeaky door.

I thought Suberb Service did a great job on my car, and were incredibly flexible about how we picked up the car, how the service loaner got returned, etc. The owner stayed late for me to drop the car off, saving me a trip across the bridge and at least an hour of aggravating traffic. I'll use them again.

Greetings, I am a loyal Subaru owner that became disillusioned, disappointed, and unhappy with service I had been getting for my 2006 Outback from the dealer that I purchased the vehicle. My mother in law referred me to her Subaru repair shop and after a visit speaking with Debbie, a technician, and viewing their shop I pulled the trigger and scheduled major service to replace the heads. The job was performed faster than expected and they provided me with a no hassle loaner car. My car has never run better, and I was pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail and cleanliness. My first trip to the gas station after service I noticed that they replaced my gas cap which I had replaced with a after market cap that didn't seal correctly. Subaru Service has won a new customer that come back repeatedly and refer them to other friends and family for their service needs!

I've taken my 2008 Forester in for major services and a head gasket repair. I brought it in this time for the 120K service with a timing belt replacement, as I'd skipped the 105K service. I was originally quoted $1500 for service. However, when I brought my car in, they checked their records and confirmed that the timing belt had been replaced during the head gasket repair, so I didn't need that done again! My final bill was closer to $650, and I'm very grateful that they confirmed that, and didn't do any unnecessary work on my vehicle.

Work was completed in the exact time estimated. Service was friendly and on point.
