I have always had a positive experience at Subaru Service. Their staff is friendly and helpful in spite of the fact that they couldn't give me a loner car because my insurance wouldn't grant me a one-day-only comprehensive insurance as required by Subaru Service. My car is nearly 15 years old and with their help, I hope to not have to buy another one for quite a while.
