Always the best, from Candy and the crew in the front office to the experts in the garage ... anyone who takes their Subaru to this place gets the savviest team and the best service. They know the cars and they stand behind their work.

Since I've been coming back for at least two decades or more, what can I say?

Staff is always very knowledgeable about cars in general and Subaru in particular and what pertains to my car. They tell me when I'll need what service and approximate cost. I never feel they try to sell me service I do not need. Oil changes are a quick in and out. They are a certified Subaru warranty shop so I don't need to pay more at the dealership.

My clutch cable broke on the way out of a parking garage - I had my car towed to Suburb and they were able to locate a new clutch cable in Portland, overnighted the cable and had my car ready to go the next day! Yippee for the crew at Suburb Service!
