After dealing with multiple certified dealerships and having problem after problem, it is so nice to go to an independent mechanic that I can trust (recommended by close friends - who have been going to Suburb Service for 10+ years) and they had a loaner car running warmed up with the heater on out in front waiting for me, and cost me 1/3 the price the dealership tried to charge me - and my car runs amazing. I will never go back to the dealership. I'm glad I finally found a honest reliable mechanic shop :) --- L

I went to Suburb Service to get some help determining if I had car trouble. They had replaced my turbo about 6 months prior and I wanted to find out if it needed servicing. It turned out I'd had an incompetent oil change at Jiffy Lube. That sloppiness resulted in missing clips in the panel under the car, the air filter was not put back correctly, or clipped properly. I experienced rough idle and stalling, and a strange whirring noise when turbo engaged. Jiffy Lube had also overfilled my oil tank by almost a quart (not good for my engine or my turbo). Suburb Service fixed my car up and I went back to Jiffy Lube to have them drain and replace my oil and reimburse me for what I'd paid Suburb Service to do for me. I certainly learned my lesson about where to have my oil changed, and I appreciate the help of Suburb Service once again. They are always helpful, professional, and quick to resolve my car trouble.

The staff at Suburb Service is extremely knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly. I brought the car in for an inspection solely on the fact that I felt their expertise was worth the money. If you have any hesitations about car shops and swindling auto mechanics, lay them to rest when dealing with Suburb Service. I would recommend them to anyone!

This was my first time using Subaru Service and I was extremely impressed. Took care of my check engine light and replaced the throttle position sensor all in the same day. What a pleasant surprise to have a free loaner car too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this garage to any Subaru owner. Thanks very much!
