The absolute best!!! Candy knows all things Subaru, I completely trust her and would never have any major service done anywhere else. I do go to the dealer for basic oil changes, but only because it is so close to my work. Suburb Service has always taken amazing care of my Subie's- they rock!!! 5 stars!!!

Found out this place has a neat service. If you get your car to them between 7 and 8:45 am and just need a check-up or an oil change, you can just drive in without an appointment. These people are very helpful. Give you a written statement of things they observed that may need attention later. Much appreciated. Besides an oil change they suggested new wiper blades and drive belt package which I took them up on because I wanted to get the car ready for winter season. I will use them in the future.

They were fantastic. I feel badly not giving a five-star rating, but my car did have to go back in via tow-truck and another issue somehow couldn't be re-created - though it happens to me EVERY time. Still - they got me in right away, communicated really well, were very fair, and did great work on what was done.

Dropped by the Suburb Service shop after discovering the car making a whining noise. They discovered a fan belt had been put on that was not the right size and fixed it on the spot.

As usual, my experience was first-class. Making the appointment and requesting a loaner was easy, the front desk staff was understanding of my weird schedule and facilitated return of the loaner and retrieval of my car, and the guys in the shop did their usual excellent job. The spider webs they discovered in the engine compartment are a bit mysterious. I guess the local spiders have heard of my "catch and release" policy. :)
