When people first hear about us, one of the questions we get asked is simple but meaningful: who founded Suburb Service, and how did we become a women-led Subaru shop? It is a great question, because our story is not just about fixing cars. It is about legacy, trust, relationships, and doing things the right way. At Suburb Service, our history is part of the reason our customers feel comfortable with us. They know we are not just another repair shop. We have always believed in building something personal, honest, and deeply rooted in our community.
