I don’t write reviews, really. But I had as great of an experience as one can have spending money you don’t want to spend. Loved that they use a text-based system for sending a complete diagnostic list and that they break it down by urgent, should be done in future, and all’s good. Further, Candy beat me to the punch of further ranking the urgent items so I could make an informed decision AND graciously gave me her time to talk longevity of my vehicle, Bluebook pricing vs open market pricing, and options for how to proceed. I felt like I was treated with honesty and as a non-car person with respect (took the time to inform and educate). Highly recommend to anyone with a Subaru. Oh, and I got use of the free loaner car too with zero hassle. Hated to spend the money but happy with the experience!
