Suburb Subaru is a first class establishment! The entire team that works on your car - cares deeply about your experience. In over ten years that I have been taking my beloved Outback there, their professionalism, courtesy, patience and genuine care for my experience has given me a tremendous level of confidence in their work. Everything there is state-of-the art, inclusive of detailed texts and emails that give you a report on the status of your car, update you when it is ready for pick up and remind you of appointments. One of my favorite aspects in terms of care for my car is the report I receive every oil change I schedule, going over the critical systems in my car, how they are doing, and when I am likely to need work on them. The team works with the client to prioritize what is critical and what can be deferred. The level of car care and reasonable prices will doubtlessly keep anyone who goes there once coming back repeatedly, but if you are looking for an additional incentive - it is always a true pleasure to spend a few minutes in Debbie's company at the front office. There is no aspect of the business that she doesn't know and run with the highest standards, but beyond that - she genuinely cares deeply about clients. She remembers everyone, and asks interested questions. She gives everyone her complete attention, and quietly adopts some clients that need support in areas of their lives that have nothing to do with their Subaru. I'm a devoted Subaru owner, but I'd be tempted to stick with Subarus regardless, because I so trust this shop and the team that runs it and works there! This is an establishment that sets industry standards and raises the bar for all others.
