I've been getting my Subaru worked on at Suburb Service since 2018. This is a group of people who care about their work and their customers. They truly take pride in what they do! I've never felt unwelcome or cheated here. I've actually been told NOT to do certain maintenance because my car didn't need it. Only downside is that they can get so busy that it's hard to get an appointment here. These are great people and the only shop I trust with my Subaru now! 10/10!

We've been taking our Subarus to Suburb Service for over a decade. When you find an honest mechanic that "says what they'll do and does what they say" you stick with them. Debra carries on what Candy built as the best auto service organization I've worked with, and the team of mechanics is second to none. If you're looking to put fart cans on your WRX this may not be the place for you. If you're looking to keep your Subaru in tip-top shape so can hand it down to your kids you won't find a better shop.

I recently set a appointment and received a e-mail from them the next following day showing different appointment times because they were booked out. I called and no one answered the phone so I followed the directions on their voice messages and left a voice mail a couple days ago on their phone. Never received a phone call back and took my business somewhere else where they were happy to get back to me and help me.

Hello Douglas, we have searched our online appointment requests & phone messages, I can not find anyone by your name, so unless you used a different name, perhaps you have the wrong shop & we would appreciate it if you kindly delete your review for us! IF you did use a different name when scheduling or leaving a message, I personally listen to the voice mails and our message clearly states to give us a half hour to get back to you if we've missed your call...so you wait a couple of days, THEN leave a 1 star review instead of attempting to call, text or email us to see if your message was received?? If you schedule with us online, you receive an email back that asks you either accept the next available appointment or you can directly email us; I'm glad you were able to get your car in elsewhere so quickly, it sounds like, we unfortunately, would not be able to meet your "expectations" at this point; Thank you for taking the time to write a 1 star review for a small business because you didn't bother to respond to our email or attempt to email, text or call us back! Person on the phone was nice enough but kind of curt when explaining that they won't install any non-OEM parts. Subaru Foresters of the generation I have are known for sitting quite low when you add passengers/gear, and a common fix is switching to slightly stiffer springs in the rear end - but the person kind of acted like I was asking if they would do a 10"" lift and put monster truck tires on it or something. Anyway, if you're wondering if this shop can help you with any upgrades beyond stock Subaru parts, the answer is "No."

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your phone call to us; as I explained on the phone, we only use OEM parts and Subaru does not make any upgraded parts for what you were inquiring about, so the answer was no; sorry we are not a good fit for you; as I said you may want to check with a performance shop.
