With almost 200,000 miles on my 2013 Outback and an overheating issue it was time to get a replacement engine. They obtained one from a trusted source and installed it for less than $6k. Next up will most likely be a replacement transmission seeing as this particular model is prone to failure, but so long as the vehicle itself is in good shape I’m happy to have Suburb Subaru replace major parts rather than buy a new vehicle.

If you are the owner of a Suburu...of any vintage....this is your Suburu doctor. They are knowledgeable and experienced and honest. An added bonus is the friendliness and information you'll receive.

Anyone bringing their Subaru to Suburb Subaru will be very well taken care of. I've been coming here for years and have always received the best service and helpful information from all who work here. They REALLY are committed to excellent service and client satisfaction. The only place I've taken any of my cars to that not only didn't try to sell me anything, but also saved me money by telling me I did not need what I thought I needed. Also told me very honestly that I should get a certain repair done by a dealer because that would be covered under my warranty that I thought did not. This level of integrity and honesty is very rare these days!

The only people I trust with my Subaru. After ten years of excellent service I can't imagine a better place or better people. Absolutely recommend!

I've been coming here for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Debbie is so knowledgeable about all things Subaru; I trust her completely! My backup camera got foggy after the warranty had run out on my car and her and Candy (former owner) insisted I contact Subaru to replace it because it was a safety issue. Sure enough, Subaru paid the $800 to replace the camera. I have several instances of them giving me advice that was spot on! Additionally, I cannot be happier that Debbie was able to take over the business and I'll continue buying Subarus just so I can continue going there for service.

I've been getting my Subaru worked on at Suburb Service since 2018. This is a group of people who care about their work and their customers. They truly take pride in what they do! I've never felt unwelcome or cheated here. I've actually been told NOT to do certain maintenance because my car didn't need it. Only downside is that they can get so busy that it's hard to get an appointment here. These are great people and the only shop I trust with my Subaru now! 10/10!

We've been taking our Subarus to Suburb Service for over a decade. When you find an honest mechanic that "says what they'll do and does what they say" you stick with them. Debra carries on what Candy built as the best auto service organization I've worked with, and the team of mechanics is second to none. If you're looking to put fart cans on your WRX this may not be the place for you. If you're looking to keep your Subaru in tip-top shape so can hand it down to your kids you won't find a better shop.
