This is a great shop. Honest people, great mechanics, and great communicators. I always felt in the loop on what work they were doing, what work they recommend doing and why it needed to be done. I always dread having to do anything in regards to my car - I‘ve had unpleasant experiences with professionals who’ve worked on my car before. However, everyone at Suburb (special shout-out to Candy) were so kind, efficient and direct! The process of getting my car to the shop and returned to me was extremely easy - which is amazing since so much has changed with safety guidelines during COVID. I would without a doubt recommend Suburb to any and all Subie owners I know!

Best mechanic out there for Subarus! I had so many issues with my previous mechanics who did not specialize. I have been going here for years and they always take good care of me.
