I am on my second Subaru, a 2917 Forester, and needed to get my battery checked and then replaced. I took my old Subaru to Suburb for ar least the last 15 of the 23 years I had it. I have had consistently 5-star service EVERY TIME. Things are rough out there right now, but Candy and her folk continue to work under trying conditions to keep me safe on the road. They were efficient and thorough, while keeping strict protocols for disinfecting and social distancing. Stay well!

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They offer quick and outstanding service and take incredible care of my car. But the best and most unique thing, for me, about this place is that I trust them. They shoot me straight, they take time to explain things to me with patience and clarity. I've never had a place to take my car into that I fully believe will tell me when a service is truly required and necessary, and when spending energy/money isn't in my best interest. Grateful to have found them; I'm a committed and happy customer for as long as I have a Subaru to care for.

Much faster and less expensive than dealer
