Suburb Service has taken care of me so well that I cannot see myself taking my car anywhere else. They were able to get my OUTBACK in an out in under a day for a big service, and were even able to save me about $400 compared to a dealership. They were honest, straight forward people that made this experience so stress free and easy I felt compelled to talk about my experience. As a bonus they even had a loaner vehicle I could use while mine was worked on. This would be a six star review if I could leave it.

Great service here, just had my 60,000mile service on my 2012 Outback completed, as usual another excellent job. I’ve had all my Subaru service done here since bought new. Friendly and confident crew offer excellent professional advice & do a splendid job.

Update 05-24-20: A year later and they are still doing an amazing job! I brought my car in to have extensive work done to the engine - timing belt, water pump, engine seal, etc. I paid far less than the dealership would charge and had complete piece of mind. The car is running smooth and already getting much better gas mileage. Thank you to everyone at Suburb for your honest and fair pricing, hard work and fantastic service. They did great! I had previously taken my car to the Subaru dealership and was told I would have to pay at least $800 for parts and labor to get one headlamp fixed. Suburb Service told me to order two headlamps off Ebay for just over $200. To get the two headlamps fixed and a harness for the left turn signal, the total ended up being just under $600 - less than it would have been to fix one headlamp at the dealership. They text me continuous updates and service reports to my phone as they worked on my car. Will definitely come back for future repairs and maintenance.

They cleaned up work that another mechanic had botched somewhat, and charge extremely reasonable prices. I had to take it somewhere else only because my clutch failed on vacation. I will happily take my car back to Supurb Subaru anytime I am in Seattle and need work done.
