I almost went to Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed but, my first visit to Suburb Service was so great that I decided to go back to them and continue to build upon the relationship with their very knowledgeable, informative and trustworthy team. When I arrived for my oil change, I was a little pressed for time due to a work meeting but they got me in and out quicker than expected and I was able to log into my work laptop using their WiFi while waiting. Suburb Service team genuinely cares about educating their customers and ensuring they have the knowledge to go forward and make the smartest financial decisions for their vehicle. Not knowing much at all about the mechanics, I don't have to wonder if I am being oversold or if information is being held back that could lead to more costly repairs down the road. I will never go to another generalized car service business to have my car worked on. If you own a Subie, get to Suburb Service and experience the specialized Rockstar service and work that they do.

I had a burning smell in my car and I couldn't figure out what it was. Most Subaru dealerships wouldn't squeeze me in and only had appointments a month out. The team at Suburb took my car in the next day during their oil change hours and took a look. They gave great advise and ultimately helped me find a solution. Definitely coming back, nice people and quick service.

I love Candy! (not sure how to spell it) Seriously. Like I want to hang out with her. LOL In all seriousness, this is the first time I've taken my car in to somewhere other than the dealership to have work done. They did a great job! And I saved a ton by going to them. There were other things I need done and they directed me to go to the dealership to have it done under warranty when they could have easily charged me to do them themselves so the few reviews I've seen that they do unnecessary work, well I had the complete opposite experience. I would go here over and over and recommend to anyone with a subbie!!!
