New to Seattle area & a new to Subaru. Chose this place because of the great reviews and I would agree after first visit. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. In and out in less than 40 minutes for an oil & air filter change. Will be back for future car care.

Was able to get in quick. They identified problem right away and diagnostic report was texted to me. Got my car back in 3 days! Candy and Debbie were great!

I thought my forester was on her last leg, she had a TON of problems.. But as fate would have it, I accidentally drove by Suberb Service one day, pulled in, and the rest is history. They brought my car back from certain death! Everyone there did such a fantastic job on my car, it's amazing. They really know Subarus, are professional, honest, direct, and work pretty fast too. I could not be happier! If you're considering repair shops, this is the one! Thanks guys!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kept us informed of the progress and other issues that came up. We were impressed being it was our first time using this company for our Subaru. We will be back for sure

Manageable prices and consistently good service.

They quickly diagnosed the problems with our car and got them fixed, and made a free loaner vehicle available for the duration of the fix. Then, when something started making a possibly related noise, they sent two techs for a ride-along to identify it and determine if it was part of the same issue they'd corrected, in which case it would have been free to fix. When they did figure out what was causing it, they gave me a free way to make the noise go away rather than come up with an excuse to charge for another service. I was impressed and will be back. Giving 4 and not 5 star review only because I wish someone was manning the shop during the weekend to accept or return vehicles.

This is my second time going here for an oil change. Each time I was treated very respectfully and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It is such a refreshing experience compared to any other place I have gone to have my oil changed. And each time it has been done in 30 minutes so it doesn’t mess up my schedule at all. I will definitely be going back when my car needs more work.

My car was damaged while it was being serviced here, and Candy was very rude when confronted about it. Highly unprofessional! Furthermore, they never gave me a quote for the work I inquired about. Don't waste your money here, it's a rip off, and they don't use OEM parts. Go to a Subaru dealership.

Front desk lady could be more personable, the gentleman working this day was very nice.
