Car service seems good, but customer service is perplexing. There's one SUPER friendly person, maybe on the afternoon shift? And one very not friendly person, working the morning shift. Somewhat cold on the phone; off-putting.

So far I’ve only come in for oil changes, but I’ve been very impressed. First oil change I used a coupon for a free oil change and they didn’t try to sell me on any additional services which was a breath of fresh air. Second oil change they asked if I wanted to change my air filter and were able to show me a pic so I could clearly see it was dirty and it was at a fair price (pretty much just cost of air filter!). And when there was an issue with the oil filter leaking a few months later, they replaced it and cleaned it up free of charge and compensated with a free oil change coupon even though it was a manufacturer defect. Definitely will be coming back for all future service needs.

New to Seattle area & a new to Subaru. Chose this place because of the great reviews and I would agree after first visit. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. In and out in less than 40 minutes for an oil & air filter change. Will be back for future car care.

I drive 35 miles each way since the Marysville shop closed. I do it because I don't trust my car to anyone else. They are very good at keeping my car in good shape and don't do anything that isn't needed. Being a single older woman that is very important to me. They are fun and friendly people who make you feel like family. Go Seahawks, always fun to see how Candy's green and blue hair looks (always classy). Thanks to the whole team. Love you all.

I don’t write reviews, really. But I had as great of an experience as one can have spending money you don’t want to spend. Loved that they use a text-based system for sending a complete diagnostic list and that they break it down by urgent, should be done in future, and all’s good. Further, Candy beat me to the punch of further ranking the urgent items so I could make an informed decision AND graciously gave me her time to talk longevity of my vehicle, Bluebook pricing vs open market pricing, and options for how to proceed. I felt like I was treated with honesty and as a non-car person with respect (took the time to inform and educate). Highly recommend to anyone with a Subaru. Oh, and I got use of the free loaner car too with zero hassle. Hated to spend the money but happy with the experience!

Candy literally held my hand when my Grandmother's car needed service. When i didn't understand her text messages, because I'm car illiterate, she called and explained it all to me in a way I could understand. She even talked Grandma out of spending money on stuff she didn't need. Beat Service Ever.
