This place always has good signs that I see while I sit in traffic at least a few times a week. More recently the police have been pulling over a ton of traffic and I had no idea why, so they changed their sign to say "WANNA TICKET? R U BUS?" and at first it seemed nonsensical, but traffic wasn't moving at all so I had some time to piece together that people must be using the bus lane to cut traffic and it was a warning to not use the bus lane. The week after that I saw a car flying down the bus lane next to bumper to bumper traffic and I saw the police car that had been waiting fly after him and pull him over. I have never been more thankful for a random sign in my life and while I've never used this business I appreciate their thoughtful sign.

Completed 90,000 mile service and had rear brakes replaced. Although, it is out of my way to have my car serviced here, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else - service is good, pricing fair, and the always have a loaner available. Thank you, Suburb for taking care of my car!

I had a wonderful experience here! I'm picky on who I allow to service my Subaru and even though there is a closer dealer near me, I made the 73 mile trip to give these lovely people a chance. When I first called for to inquire about getting my differentials and engine oil changed, I was quoted FAR below what the dealer would have charged me. I was also told that because the mechanic makes their own schedule, I could be waiting the entire day. Given I chose to do this on an off day, I was fine with waiting. I was given a window of two hours to arrive and finding them wasn't so bad with navigation. Although I did arrive later than I intended, they got me in behind a couple of cars. Getting to sit and chat with the owner and her front desk attendant was delightful! They have various brochures for other Subaru models and are quite happy to chat shop with you, answer any and all questions as well as provide updates as they roll in. My service took maybe an hour and a half, which really flew by! They are a smaller shop, they're over an hour out of my way, but I will be returning to them for future services and referring business their way!! Thank you to the whole team!

This place has very professional and friendly guys who offer fast services to their customers. No wait and the cost is very fair!
