Overfilled oil by one quart on two occassions. Put in 6 quarts and it only requires 5.1 quarts. Tech told me the car burns oil and it was a half quart low when I came in. Total bs as I checked it before and it was over full from the last time. 11,000 miles on the car and doesn't burn a drop. Excuses made but am thinking this happens possibly to all customers. Have asked for a refund but no response.. it isn't the money, it is what's right.

This is my first Subaru so I took it initially to a dealer near me for service. I bought it out of state so I needed to establish a relationship locally. That was a very bad experience so a friend recommended Suburb Service and I was stunned at the difference! They were knowledgeable, they were good at explaining what needed to be done and better yet what didn't need to be done. Besides that they were just good people. They have my business for life.

This is an amazing repair shop. I purchased my first Subaru and it failed emissions. This shop was on the list of approved shops so I have them a shot. I am very happy that I did. Turns out the car that I bought is not a good car. Candy and Howard were great. They could have hit me with a bunch of repairs on a car that wasn't worth what I put in the gas tank but they didn't. They did the basics to get me to pass emissions and then gave me the honest truth about the vehicle. Turns out that the check engine light was burnt out or removed so I had no idea about how much was wrong with it. In addition to that there are multiple components of the car that are rusted and damaged or completely rusted off. The car is not safe to drive and I know there's a lot of mechanics out there that would have happily taken much more of my money. Having a mechanic that you can trust is a huge deal. They also provide loaner cars for their customers. This made my life so much easier. I was able to drop my kids off at school, pick up a loaner car and get to work without making it a big ordeal. My only complaint is that they only do Subarus so I cannot bring any of my other vehicle to. However when I asked the owner, candy, why they would not work on my Acura her reply was awesome. She said, " we are professionals at what we do and we do Subarus. If I started working on any other cars it would just be practice." (Paraphrased but that's the just of it ) She did say that they would do oil changes on it and tires and brakes but when it came to actual engine repair that they focused on Subaru. So if you have a Subaru this is probably the place for you.

I cannot emphasize enough how this place represents what great locally owned businesses should be like, with the added bonus of being able to support a female owned business at that. The service pricing was very fair, the work was excellent, and the owner is all personality! Investing in car maintenance CAN make you feel good about the experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, quality workmanship. A great place for Subaru repairs and maintenance. High quality and they stand behind their work. You'll pay a little more for the repairs, but the job is done right and the problems forever solved.

These guys are the place to go if you own a Subaru. The ladies at the front are friendly and knowledgeable, they try to have the same mechanic work on your car each time so they get to know your vehicle, they don't push for fixes if they aren't necessary, and they are great at keeping you informed on what's going on with your car at each oil change. We have an older Subaru Forester with close to 160k on it and it is still running strong thanks to the folks at Suburb Service. Highly recommended.

I was driving to the mountain and my tires pressure light came on. I was so nervous and just pulled into this service station. I don't even have a subaru! They were so kind and filled up my tires. They totally saved my butt and my ski trip!!! They were SOOOO nice about it!! I'm so happy with them and recommend them for sure!!!
