Been going out of my way (Live in CD, work on Eastside) for years because the service is great and they give honest recommendations. Will keep going back so long as I own a Subaru!

Very personable, yet if you're in a hurry they're on it. Everything you'd like from a car repair place. Loaner car was nice too. I recommend them.

When my car developed a fault my regular mechanic I've been using for years couldn't fit me in for a week. Suburb Service squeezed me in the following day as a new client! and got me back on the road. They will be doing all the work on my car from now on!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been going here for about 5 years and they have always treated me fairly. They are upfront and straightforward. They have always been able to quickly diagnose and fix problems with my 2005 Subaru. They have also taken the time to explain the car trouble I have had - why it happens and what you can do to prevent it - and they will even chat about life with you while you're waiting for an oil change. Awesome independent Subaru mechanic shop!

Went in at 7 am for an oil change and check-up. What I like is the friendly, familial atmosphere. No upselling just honest everyday people.

Overfilled oil by one quart on two occassions. Put in 6 quarts and it only requires 5.1 quarts. Tech told me the car burns oil and it was a half quart low when I came in. Total bs as I checked it before and it was over full from the last time. 11,000 miles on the car and doesn't burn a drop. Excuses made but am thinking this happens possibly to all customers. Have asked for a refund but no response.. it isn't the money, it is what's right.

If there's something they know I can't afford, they kindly point me to a safe, cheaper alternative or provide advice on top priorities.
