In "my own words": An amazingly great place to take my 2005 Subaru Outback 3.0 R Sedan! Since I moved to Seattle 5 years ago, Suburb Subaru is the only place I take my car. The talent, the honesty, the welcoming office and the spot-on service given to my car, mean I will continue to be a loyal and more than satisfied customer. Additionally, the prices are fair and there is always an explanation of the work done. I have, what I call, a special car. It is an Outback, yes, but it is a sedan. Many people have asked if I want to sell it. I say "no", because Suburb Subaru keeps it in tip top condition and it still looks as though it is a couple years old...not eleven years old. I've read some of the negative reviews and quite honestly, this has never, ever happened to me. I recommend Suburb Subaru to any friends who currently drive a Subaru. I am not hesitant in recommending that you try it out for yourself. The majority of those of us who use Suburb Subaru will continue to do so, because of the fine service provided.

Based on the word of a couple friends, took my car in to verify what I'd heard from another shop. The service I received was direct and specific and the assessment helped clarify what I feared the problem might be. They volunteered a loaner car if I choose to have a few days worth of work done. It's a nice shop with trustworthy, helpful people.
