I always learn something new about my car when I go in for service. They are very knowledgeable.

Based on the word of a couple friends, took my car in to verify what I'd heard from another shop. The service I received was direct and specific and the assessment helped clarify what I feared the problem might be. They volunteered a loaner car if I choose to have a few days worth of work done. It's a nice shop with trustworthy, helpful people.

As always, Suburb has given me excellent service. Everyone there treats me well, gives me good information, lets me know the consequences of each possible outcome, and delivers the best service.
