The vehicle required just a belt adjustment to fix the power steering, and the problem was diagnosed and work done at no charge (they had installed a new belt during a previous service and it had stretched).

Supurb Subaru cleaned up some work that was done at another ship, for a very fair price. If you own a Subaru, there's no reason to take it anywhere else.

Good experience. Great friendly communication, speedy repair at a reasonable price. I can see why the previous owner of my Subaru would use suburb service. Will use again in the future. Would have preferred performance based parts rather than Subaru oem parts but I can understand why they rather use Subaru parts. They also saved me from having to replace my AC by fixing a smaller issue, another shop said I needed to replace it, thanks! This is the type of thing that will have me return for Subaru service.

Great folks to meet you there. Friendly and knowledgeable. The loaner was good and I was able to run some errands. They fixed something beyond the 30K service but because the cost was more than the quoted price, they did it for free. That's good business and because of that, they will have a return customer. Very impressed.

Being a student and working, having my car break down is a serious inconvenience. I couldn't believe how quickly they finished my car, less than two days! I dropped it off on a Tuesday evening, and had to wait for a ride. Despite it being after closing, candy didn't mind one bit that I needed to stick around in the warm, dry environment. Also, as a woman, working with women brought me great comfort in trusting they weren't trying to get one over on me due to my gender. Deb, as well, was so easy to work with and incredibly kind.
