The quality of the work was good and the service was provided within the time stated. I'm not too happy for having to pay $90 for the "attempt" to reprogram my FOB and find out that it wasn't the problem. I know that I declined the $250 cost to replace and reprogram the FOB but also didn't realize that it was going to cost me $90 just to check to see if it was working. This is pretty frustrating seeing as I have already spent several thousand dollars towards service this year. I know that this shop is good at doing their work and it is probably just the cost of doing business.

I spoke with Ms Reite today, Ms Reite was charged $90.00 to diagnose 2 totally unrelated issues. Issue #1 her remote was no longer working, in order to determine the issue with the new remotes we replaced the battery that did not solve it, so we must go into the Subaru Select Monitor and attempt to re program and that did not work so it was determined that the remote is no good and needs to be replaced this is a key/remote in one. Issue #2 back gate will not open and when it does open the alarm goes off. We had to climb into the back of the car open manually by removing the interior door trim to gain access than determine why there is no power to the locking system, we discovered damaged wiring and the wiring harness had to be replaced, We charged $90.00 to determine both issues. The charge had nothing to do with declining to purchase a new key/remote and reprogram the entire system using Subaru Select monitor. If you have questions please don't hesitate to ask as a business owner I have nothing to hide and will always help or assist in anyway.

I appreciate great service, honest opinions, and solid work at a fair price which Suburb Service ALWAYS delivers! Their diagnosis of my hatchback harness failure and repair was spot on, flawless, timely, and they gave me a loaner car! I love this place and will continue to come back!

I received my usual outstanding service from the folks at Suburb. The people who work there are extremely knowledgeable and never patronizing. They explain anything and everything I have questions about. Unfortunately, none of my low-class friends own Subarus (what's up with that?) but I would recommend they go to Suburb if they ever do wise up.

It was so smooth and quick. It only took 20 minutes for an oil change. Good savings in both time and money compared to the dealers !
