However, in the recent rain my carpet pad got wet just under the gas pedal. That's never happened before, and it was parked in my carport, with the front facing west... Any ideas?!

It was great! Howard was a pleasure to work with as was everyone else. The mechanic brought me onto the floor to look at what was wrong (not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be) and let me know what it would take to fix. Everyone is both friendly and professional!

Another great visit to Surburb Service! I came in for an oil change and had a couple other small issues I asked them to look at. They replaced my headlight, fixed a loose cable in my trunk, and told me about a bigger repair that needed to be done. They found my timing case was leaking, and let me know it's usually covered under warranty until 60k miles. I was at 59,920! I was able to call a dealer and got it in the same day for a free repair. Thank you, Suburb, for the excellent customer service.
