I have been taking my 2005 Outback XT to Suburb Service for several years. They helped me when the turbo went out (twice) and even got Subaru to refund me some of the money for the second, defective turbo. They have helped me with several issues that have cropped up in my older car. The folks at Suburb Service know their stuff. They are always helpful, the service is fast, and if you need a loaner car they have them to offer. Their service surpasses any I've received at other shops. I highly recommend Suburb Service.

Wonderfully knowledgeable, extremely trustworthy, and blazingly fast! I took my 09 Impreza to them for a 90k and after getting it back it hasn't sounded or behaved this smooth for years! I don't often trust mechanics, but when I do they deserve it.

All Subaru all the way. Candy the owner amazing knowledge. Debbie the service writer knows her stuff as well. Neil is an amazing tech and Reene is the only female master Subaru tech in the nation over 25 years. They are very open and honest. They take you in the shop show you the issues and explain them throughly. Give you options and priority on what is urgent and what can wait. Prices are fair and competitive. They have loaner cars as well. It took me a good year to find a great shop and I travel 30 to 40 mins just to go to them.

I have been taking my well-loved and well-used Subaru Legacy SW here for more than 200,00 miles and 15 years. I trust these people. They explain what is needed, let me know if something should be taken care of right away or if it can wait. These people have earned my trust and my loyalty. I intend to be driving Subarus as long as I am driving, and I am planning to always bring my car to Suburb.

So easy to love the service and friendship! Every year it's a joy to take bags of groceries and toys for the needy to them. I know it stays in our home town.

Great service as expected! The staff are friendly, professional, and there to make sure your Subaru is taken care of right. My 60K service was finished faster and for cheaper than quoted, which is always a plus! It's not often that the best shop to get car maintenance done also has the best prices, but Suburb Service does it! 11/10 stars. Two thumbs up. Would recommend to friends.

I have what I lovingly call a "Vintage" Subaru, a 1996 Legacy SW. I've been bringing it to Suburb for at least 15 years. I wouldn't take my care anywhere else. I trust these people completely. They know Subarus bumper to bumper and roof to ground. I am confident that they have my best interest as their customer in mind. I'm told what needs to be done, how much it will cost, how critical it is. I take my car in regularly for service. I've clocked more than 280,000 miles and we're not done yet! I've only been to Suburb twice, but it appears to be great. My first visit, two guys in the waiting area were raving. So that already gave me confidence. They are friendly there. After my oil change on the first visit, they convinced me to do my upcoming 60K service on my '11 Outback with them for about 2/3 the price of the dealer. I did that and was *very* satisfied. They fixed my leaking sunroof perfectly too. The car seemed to actually run better and much more lively, and the service was quick and thorough. Nice to get a loaner too. I'm done with the dealers at this point. Highly recommend these ladies (and gents too).
