Suburb Service was almost half for the same quoted 30k service and provided a more detailed list of items covered. They have a customer for the life of my Subaru cars for sure. THANK YOU!

Very pleasant surprise to walk in expecting to make an appointment for an oil change but was able to get it done while I waited. BUT what most impressed me was the advice and assistance provided to someone who walked in and needed to go to the dealership. Great customer service even when you are a non-paying customer!

My experience with Suburb Subaru was, as always, awesome! I took my car into another mechanic because it was making a noise (turned out to be breaks and I was in another town. When I got back to seattle I brought my car into suburb and they let me know that I was quoted for parts that didn't even need to be replaced. It is great to have an independent mechanic I feel confident in in Seattle.

As always, a fast and satisfactory service. I've been bringing my Subarus here for many years and haven't ever been disappointed.
