Candy and Debbie explain all of the proposed work in Lehmans terms and since I'm clueless about cars I totally appreciate it! Unlike the dealership they can usually schedule work w/ in a couple of days and provide you with a loaner car. After lots of oil changes in my lifetime, and waiting and waiting and waiting in a gross, dirty, smelly lobby, going to Suburb is wonderful. Nice people, clean, coffee and cookies, it feels more like going over to a friend's house or something (at 7am).
