I'm 100% satisfied w/ the work I've had done at SS! I feel I'm always provided w/ honest, detailed opinions and advice. Candy and Debbie explain all of the proposed work in Lehmans terms and since I'm clueless about cars I totally appreciate it! Unlike the dealership they can usually schedule work w/ in a couple of days and provide you with a loaner car. Their prices are extremely competitive but even more important, they have your best interest in mind and take such good care of the vessel you carry precious cargo in daily. After lots of oil changes in my lifetime, and waiting and waiting and waiting in a gross, dirty, smelly lobby, going to Suburb is wonderful. Nice people, clean, coffee and cookies, it feels more like going over to a friend's house or something (at 7am).
