Subaru Forester died one night on highway, had Forester towed into Suburban Subaru Service parking lot, and left key and decription of trouble in over-night box. Mid-moring next day, got a call from SSS, told me they would fit me in. Early afternoon, SSS called with the news of a dead alternator. Completely done by 4 PM that day. Great response and service.

Enjoyed the experience, got good advice, and even a free oil change I wasn't aware of. Car even feels better to drive after tire rotation and tweeking of air pressure.

The team here was so great, they fit me right in for my 90,000 mile service and were quick to diagnose and address all issues. The free loaner car was a saivior, and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. This team really cares about its customers, Neil stayed late to finish my car ahead of time. My experience for my Forester tune up costed me more than 2500. I considered that a little pricey. The service was good and my 2009 Forester runs well. I suggest if the price is a little reasonable, more business will come in for you. You might need this opinion survey. My best, Tom Cheng

Mr. Chang spent $2800.00 for a head gasket repair in 2014 he has been back to my shop 8 times since then. Mr. Chang came in for a 90,000 mile service in 2014 we discovered that the head gaskets were leaking oil. Mr. Chang came to the shop saw the problem and authorized all the work including a minor service and a A/C recharge totally $2500.00 before sales tax. I just spoke with Mr. Chang and he tells me that we asked his opinion and he wanted to be honest. I have no problem with honesty but this is 3 years later and many visits since then. Mr. Chang has had many opportunities to leave his opinion. As a business owner this distresses me greatly and I needed to respond to this. I run a fair and honest business. If you are unhappy with a business speak up in the beginning not 3 years later.
