If you can't make golden hour work, shooting on a cloudy day will also help you capture the perfect shot without any light flares or misangled shadows.
2. Avoid shooting at eye-level.
To make it artsy, mix up your perspective. Not every photo of your car has to be shot at eye-level. Often, the most dramatic car shots are taken from the ground up. Test out different angles during your shoot to make sure you capture just what you need.
3. Find a cool backdrop.
Location matters, too. Have you ever been amazed by a car advertisement that's not driving ferociously through a city street or kicking up dust with a mountain view? Find yourself a scenic spot to shoot outdoors, but still make sure your car is the center of attention.
4. Get inside.
